HAGS Pull Up

The Pull Up can be used to work the upper arms, shoulders and middle of the upper back by doing a variety of pull up exercises. The lower bar is perfect for wheelchair users, and they can either face towards or away from the equipment to pull themselves up. You can choose to have both bars at the same height or have one lower than the other.
