Fitmas Challenge
Our aim is to encourage people to move more and spend more time outdoors. We believe that movement is the best form of medicine and when coupled with fresh air, it does wonders for both our mental and physical wellbeing.
We have a new and exciting challenge that everyone can get involved in without the need of any equipment or fitness experience. You can even do some of them during your lunch break.

Week 1 (w/c 30 November): Walk or run 5 miles in 1 day
Optional challenges for this week:
1 December: 50 x star jumps, either throughout the day or in one go. Challenge a friend to beat your time!
Week 2 (w/c 7 December): Walk or run 15 miles over the course of the week
You can split it throughout the week or attempt it in one go!
Optional challenges for this week:
9 December – 30 x press-ups, either throughout the day or in one go. Challenge a friend to beat your time!
12 December – 50 x sit-ups, either throughout the day or in one go. Challenge a friend to beat your time!
Week 3 (w/c 14 December): Walk or run 2 miles four times this week, for a total of 8 miles
Optional challenges for this week:
15 December – hold a plank for 90 seconds, either throughout the day or in one go. Challenge a friend to beat your time!
18 December – 30 x burpees, either throughout the day or in one go. Challenge a friend to beat your time!
Week 4 (w/c 21 December): Walk or run 3 miles in 1 day
Optional challenges for this week:
21 December – 30 x squats, either throughout the day or in one go. Challenge a friend to beat your time!
