Style, resilience and fun…The Viper has it all and has transformed playground trips into an exhilarating adventure for many children across the country. As we have just sold our 250th unit to Corby Borough Council (East Carlton Country Park) we thought it was the perfect time to reflect and celebrate its success in many locations throughout the country. Launched in 2010 at a time when the market was flooded with generic swings, the Viper created quite a stir with its contemporary look and innovative design. Here is why it has been widely acclaimed by users and maintainers alike since its inception:
Made from durable materials, the Viper requires limited maintenance and its sturdy powder-coated steel frame and solid 8mm galvanised steel chains will guarantee years of trouble free operation. It’s also fully certified to BS EN 1176.
Its multi-user configuration and non-prescriptive shape means that it can be used in multiple ways. Older children and teenagers can stand on it and gradually increase speed by using their core strength and building momentum, whilst younger children will enjoy a gentle rocking motion with the supervision of a carer. Mums and dads can even use it as a rocking seat to enjoy a quick chat! With its inclusive design and optimal cost per user the Viper will be a valuable addition to your playground.
