Stunning play & sports area with gorgeous views, Faroe Islands

The town of Hvannasund in the beautiful Faroe Islands has a new playground and sports court, catering for a wide age group.

This sea-themed recreational space provides plenty of play and sports opportunities for children of all ages, starting with the fantastic UniPlay Lycce that offers different levels of climbing, a well as the popular tube slide and many activities for socialising and interacting.

All aboard the ship

In keeping with the theme, a ship inspired UniPlay multi-play unit has also been installed to spark children’s imagination and provide more play values.

Furthermore, the floor graphics really brings this space to life and further encourages children to use their imagination and create their own adventures.

Something for everyone

The play area also features a third multi-play unit, UniMini Apista, where toddlers and younger children can develop essential skills.

Other classic play elements have been incorporated, such as swings, roundabouts, trampolines and a seesaw to complete the play area.

Unique sport court

A bespoke sports court was designed in line with customer requests and to seamlessly fit in with the natural landscape.
