Playground renovation in Palma, Spain

A playground for all…all year round!

As part of a playground renovation project in Palma, we had the pleasure of undertaking the renovation for Dameto playground.

The renovation took place in two stages.

The first was the outdoor gym area. We know that there isn’t anything better for body and mind than doing sports outdoors. With this in mind, and so that everyone was able to exercise, we installed fitness frames in red and grey.

The second stage of this project was the new inclusive play area with many play values. We chose a colourful surface and equipment for all, such as PlayCubes 8.0SL with a slide, the Orbit roundabout, and a swing set with various seats (Katja, Bravo and the inclusive Mirage).

A special touch with Loly Climber

Furthermore, this playground has a special touch, our Loly Climber. This piece of equipment was actually designed by Carol Alcaide who is a play space designer for HAGS Spain, and a local to Palma de Mallorca.

All the play elements installed offer children between 3 to 12 years old never-ending fun!

Sun protection

In order for this play area to be used all year round, we installed our shade structures in neutral colours, which provides up to 96% UV ray protection.

Son Dameto playground in Palma is a perfect example of our adaptability and our years of experience at HAGS.
