Outdoor Gym, Charlotte Corday stadium, Mondeville

The project was spearheaded by Paolo Boulent, director of Mondeville city council' sports department and ex-professional athlete, and is part of a wider programme launched by the council to improve the city's sports provision and encourage the residents to work out regularly.

The city chose a selection of fitness units covering a wide range of actions and targeting different groups of muscles. Users can improve their cardio or core strength and bespoke panels showing stretching exercises were installed to provide guidance.
